Customer Review: Disappointing
I loved the premise of this book. I enjoyed the story enough to finish the book, afterwords I found myself asking “Who are these people?” “What are their stories?” The characters fail to develop. This writer needs to work specifically on finding ‘the voice’ of each character. The story moved along well and I wanted to keep reading on. Very surprised this book was on the New York Times bestseller list.
Customer Review: Haven’t I read this before?
This book is uncannily similar to The Shop On Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber, complete with a cancer-riddled knitting shop owner. But Debbie wrote hers two years earlier…… Still, I enjoyed the characters, though I found it uncecessary for Georgia to die at the end. Buy from here…
